By registering for our coaching services or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Valquentigroup provides capital management coaching and investment education services. Our programs focus on teaching investment strategies, portfolio optimization, asset allocation, and wealth building techniques through personalized coaching sessions and educational materials.

Participant Responsibilities

As a participant in our coaching programs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your financial situation and investment goals
• Attend scheduled coaching sessions and actively participate in the learning process
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary coaching materials and strategies
• Make independent investment decisions based on your own research and circumstances

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Sharing or redistributing proprietary coaching materials without permission
• Providing false information about your financial situation or investment experience
• Using our services for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Attempting to access other participants' confidential information

Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, strategies, educational content, and methodologies are proprietary to Valquentigroup. You receive a limited license to use these materials for your personal investment education only. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited without written consent.

Payment Terms

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial payment. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees. No refunds are available after completing more than 25% of scheduled coaching sessions.

Limitation of Liability

Participant Responsibility

By participating in our coaching programs, you agree to hold Valquentigroup harmless from any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from your investment decisions or implementation of strategies discussed during coaching sessions.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using all proprietary materials and return any physical materials provided. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of South Africa. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
